Hanasegawa Yukio is a morally reprehensible teenage boy who will stop at nothing to force his lustful desires onto unsuspecting female victims, such as the slightly naïve Ishihara Mei, a classmate of his at Kashiwaminato High School. After getting rightfully rejected by her and then failing at suicide, Yukio resolves in the depths of his despair to do the craziest thing he has ever done and take a chance on a mysterious medical procedure which promises to grant the patient their deepest wish. However, this medical procedure causes changes to happen to his body, changes that are unexpected in both good and bad ways. In addition, the trajectory of his life is about to go in a direction that he will never see coming. Will Yukio finally find what he has been looking for all his life?
